Regulations of the website and privacy policy www.powermatic.pl § 1 General provisions The Regulations define the rules for the provision of electronic services, as part of the website website available at www.powermatic.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Website represented by BILLS SP. z o.o. with the seat of ul. Users of the Website, hereinafter referred to as "Users" are natural persons who in they use the POWERMATIC Website in any way. 4. For the purposes of the Regulations, any texts, photos, photos posted on the POWERMATIC Website, graphics, charts, video materials, multimedia materials, etc., in particular constituting a work within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, will be defined as "Materials". 5.
